本文基于制度逻辑视角,以中国A股上市家族企业为样本,通过CEO继任前后的国际化变动程度的对比,分别探究二代成员和非家族成员继任CEO与家族企业国际化变动程度的关系,并探索影响这一关系的组织情境的异质性因素。研究发现,二代继任CEO后国际化变动程度低于一代CEO在任时;非家族成员继任CEO后国际化变动程度高于一代CEO在任时。进一步研究发现,家族所有权将弱化二代继任CEO后对国际化变动程度的负向效应和非家族成员继任CEO后对国际化变动程度的正向效应。而较差的企业绩效将强化二代继任CEO对国际化变动程度的负向效应和非家族成员继任CEO对国际化变动程度的正向效应。
