强大的组织韧性能帮助企业在复杂环境下应对不断涌现的机遇与挑战。已有研究验证家族企业比非家族企业更具有韧性,从“白手起家”到“家业常青”,家族企业实现了从短期生存到长期发展的迈进,但现有研究忽视了组织韧性在企业实现长、短期目标过程中的连贯性。在新冠疫情冲击、市场经济转型与国际局势动荡交相并行的复杂多元情境下,企业不仅需要克服危机以实现短期生存,还需要面对潜伏于日常管理与变化环境中的蠕变压力以追求长期发展。基于683篇国内外组织韧性研究关联文献中115篇家族企业组织韧性相关研究的文献梳理,本文在提炼组织韧性的研究脉络与概念维度的基础上,梳理家族企业组织韧性的研究议题,构建“家族因素—组织韧性—企业绩效”研究逻辑框架,并结合中国情境进一步讨论了家族企业组织韧性的未来研究议题。
