摘要
对家族企业进行界定是家族企业研究的起点 ,也是家族企业研究者们面临的难题。本文通过对国外家族企业研究文献的梳理 ,总结了家族企业的不同界定方法 ,并对家族企业操作性定义的实际应用进行了评析。
