商业模式创新能够为企业创造新的竞争优势,获取新的市场资源,发现新的经济增长点,从而提升绩效。在全球经济增速放缓的背景下,商业模式创新对于企业更是意义非凡。以往的研究主要聚焦于商业模式创新为企业带来的积极结果。然而,导致企业实现商业模式创新的前因因素依然混乱,其作用机制也是研究的“黑箱”。本研究首先回顾前人有关商业模式创新的文献,梳理商业模式创新为企业带来的积极作用。其次,从功能角度分析制约和驱动企业进行商业模式创新的因素,并从战略领域三个核心学派的观点出发,刻画商业模式创新的形成机制。最后,本研究认为商业模式创新是一个内外兼修的过程,通过文献梳理发现,其前因包括管理认知、资源能力、组织活动和盈利模式等内部因素;以及技术创新、情境因素、市场机会和企业的价值网络等外部因素;并对新创企业和在位企业的商业模式创新的前因加以区分。本研究详尽分析商业模式创新的前因变量及其作用机制,延伸商业模式创新的研究范围,具有一定的理论价值;另外,商业模式创新的前因研究能够帮助企业准确地进行自我定位,使商业模式创新的成功实现有迹可循。
