随着数智技术的发展,推荐算法在商业模式中的作用和价值日益凸显,但现有文献对算法在商业模式中的赋能过程缺乏深入的解析。本文以网易云音乐为案例对象,遵循“价值主张—算法赋能—价值创造”的逻辑关系,探讨推荐算法对内容平台商业模式的赋能机制。研究发现:(1)内容平台依据推荐算法的不同推荐场景呈现出“内容为王”和“社区至上”两种赋能模式,两者具有不同的价值主张。(2)推荐算法在内容平台商业模式创新中发挥关键作用,不同模式的算法赋能机制各异,具体而言,“内容为王”的算法赋能机制表现为因果推荐和关联推荐;“社区至上”的算法赋能机制表现为情感推荐和社交推荐。(3)“内容为王”和“社区至上”在算法赋能过程中分别创造了平台引流价值和平台留存价值。研究结论为推荐算法在商业领域的创新研究提供了理论支持和实践指导。
