摘要
本研究基于资源基础观的视角,运用VRIO框架来回答公司治理为何和如何成为企业可持续竞争优势来源的问题,并以实施国际化战略的企业的公司治理要素为重点,探讨公司治理与企业战略及竞争优势之间的关系,以期为促进深化改革背景下的我国企业公司治理的完善与全球化时代企业战略的发展提供相应的理论指导与经验启示。
