在科技创新引领高质量发展和加快发展新质生产力的背景下,依据“品牌与国家联结”理论,通过实证分析收集到的315份消费者问卷数据,探究品牌创新资产对企业可持续竞争优势的影响机制。结果表明,品牌创新资产通过“品牌与国家联结”对企业可持续竞争优势产生积极作用。在此过程中,技术民族主义正向调节“品牌与国家联结”对企业可持续竞争优势的促进作用。上述结果在理论上推进了品牌创新资产对企业可持续竞争优势影响的相关研究,进一步从企业主体的微观层面阐释了新质生产力引领高质量发展的作用机制。在实践上,本文对中国领先企业如何在变化的环境中发展可持续竞争优势具有直接的战略启示,即品牌创新资产有助于提升品牌与国家的联结度,通过技术创新增强品牌对国家的代表性,促进品牌的国家级地位构建,进而助力品牌在世界市场范围形成强大的竞争优势。本文的研究结论为加快发展新质生产力提供了企业层面的微观证据及实践指引。
