摘要
在现代动态市场竞争中 ,次动者优势日益显著。这主要是由于企业R&D投入的相继增加、创新风险的日趋加剧、市场开拓成本的不断增加和新旧技术的加速更替。而构筑次动者优势的竞争策略主要有 :(1 )创造性模仿 ;(2 )优化市场定位 ;(3 )成本领先 ;(4 )重建竞争规则。
