动态竞争理论探究企业间攻击与回应的交互及其前因、结果和内在机制。企业间攻击与回应的交互是市场过程乃至现代经济发展过程的本质。20世纪80年代末以来,动态竞争研究蓬勃发展,已经成为具有广泛影响的管理理论。21世纪以来,学术界对动态竞争研究进行过若干评述,初步形成了“组织内外部因素→行动—回应交互→绩效”的整合框架。基于此,本文借用社会心理学“行为是生活空间的函数”的思想和社会学结构化理论,将内外部前因归为环境结构、自身结构和能动三类因素,进而建立“结构/能动→行为→绩效”框架。基于此,本文把动态竞争理论置于更大的知识体中探讨其结构和能动前因,与产业组织、资源基础观等理论进行整合,不仅丰富了动态竞争理论,而且形成了更加完整的知识体系。同时,在该框架指导下,本文从深化动态竞争的前提和机制、关注价值观和其他心理因素、引入人工智能和文化因素等方面展望了未来研究议题。
