战略学习是组织基于战略高度全局统筹与整合来自不同层级的组织学习以及知识管理活动,共同为组织未来战略发展和竞争优势提供服务,是组织在复杂多变的环境中提升竞争优势的一种必要手段,并成为学术界和实务界关注的重要课题。然而,关于战略学习的研究仍存在概念界定和变量测度混乱、研究成果缺乏系统整合、国内学者关注不足等问题。鉴于此,本文首先归纳、提炼了不同视角下战略学习的概念内涵和基本模式,并将其与战略变革、组织学习等相近概念进行辨析,剖析了战略学习的不同构成维度及其测量,归纳了战略学习研究的理论基础;其次,从组织层面和管理者层面探讨了战略学习的影响因素、作用后果及其机制,提出战略学习的整合性研究框架,最后展望了未来的研究方向。本文可以为战略管理的研究与实践提供思路和参考。
