试论商业模式构念的本质、研究方法及未来研究方向

摘要
当前,理论界和实践界对商业模式问题的关注不断升温,但仍远未就商业模式构念的定义、构成要素及研究范畴等问题达成共识。因此,有人提出质疑,认为商业模式只具有修辞学意义而已。在这种背景下,本文从构念的本质出发回答了"商业模式是否具有理论发展潜力"以及"如果有,应该如何发展"这两个问题。本文首先论证了商业模式作为理论构念能够满足可证伪性、有用性和普适性等要求。其次,由于传统的方法很难处理作为"大伞构念"的商业模式,我们提出了新的架构方法,并基于架构方法提出了有关商业模式的若干有潜力的研究方向。
