情境二元性的提出让组织处理效率与创新矛盾的关注重心逐渐转移到组织个体层面。本文通过对情境二元性相关文献的回顾和梳理,发现其内涵及前因尚需更加清晰地界定。文章依托二元情境的"规则,伸展,支持,信任"特征属性,确立了二元文化研究视角,阐释了二元文化与情境的内生关系,构建了二元文化的轮廓及培育模型,最后提出了二元文化对管理理论和实践的指导意义及未来可能的研究方向。
