尽管创新网络嵌入成为组织实施创新发展的制度模板,但在当前复杂多变的经济社会系统中,企业正在通过调整技术战略和重塑创新网络来应对外部环境的动态挑战,脱嵌于现有网络越来越多地成为组织实施创新战略重构的一种选择,与之相关的理论建构与系统文献梳理较为缺乏。鉴于此,本文首先梳理出权威期刊上发表的99篇嵌入性与创新网络的研究文献,对嵌入与脱嵌理论分别进行溯源,总结网络研究中的嵌入性观点,推导网络脱嵌性的线索及逻辑,完善了创新网络嵌入性一体两面的研究框架,最后从驱动机制、影响机制和治理机制三个方面展望创新网络从嵌入到脱嵌的未来研究议题。本文为丰富创新网络理论、助力组织适应复杂创新环境提供了有益参考。
