4803机会是创业的核心要素，机会型创业是为了追求新机会以创造新价值而从事的创业活动，其对于推动我国经济高质量发展具有至关重要的意义。大学生是我国机会型创业活动的生力军，然而目前对于大学生机会型创业意愿形成机理的研究仍较为匮乏。机会型创业意愿的形成源自内生动力，成就需要和学习导向是大学生创业的主要内部动机来源，因此本研究基于动机视角探索大学生机会型创业意愿形成机理。本文利用我国307名大学生的实证数据分析结果表明：（1）成就需要、学习导向以及两者共同作用均对机会型创业意愿具有积极影响；（2）成就需要、学习导向通过提升创业激情从而促进机会型创业意愿的形成；（3）家庭资金支持的水平越高，将越增强创业激情对机会型创业意愿的积极影响。本文以创业激情作为关键路径揭示了成就需要、学习导向对机会型创业意愿的作用机理，研究结论有助于打开大学生机会型创业意愿形成机制的黑箱，为推动我国机会型创业活动的蓬勃发展提供重要的理论指导。
