在传统人力资源管理模式屡遭质疑的今天,人力资源业务伙伴模式(HRBP Model)已成为众多企业人力资源管理模式转型的方向。然而围绕该模式开展的科学研究相对滞后于实践,关注点分散,欠缺整合性和系统性。本文明确地给出了HRBP模式的定义,并采用知识图谱分析方法对来自WOS数据库的115篇文献进行科学计量分析,构建了HRBP模式研究的整合性框架。根据该框架,HRBP模式根植于战略人力资源管理理论,其知识基础涵盖了五方面的研究;其核心议题是“人力资源管理成为企业的业务伙伴”;其研究热点包括HRBP模式的效果、人力资源管理职能/人员自身的转变以及HRBP模式的落实举措。基于该框架,本文提出了若干旨在推进HRBP模式研究发展的建议。本文希望勾连经典理论与新兴现象,以期为关注HRBP模式的学者和实践者构建共同的话语体系。
