自我监控人格反映了个体在关注外部情境和人际关系并以此调整自我呈现和表现行为的倾向和能力方面的差异,这一个体差异对人们在组织中的行为表现与绩效产生重要影响。本文在阐述自我监控人格概念和测量工具的基础上,从态度与行为、社会网络和工作绩效三个角度对现有文献进行述评,随后构建了一个自我监控人格的系统性研究框架,提出了厘清自我监控人格概念和内涵、开发相应测量工具、拓展研究内容和层次、拓宽不同层次情境变量交互影响的建议。本文为国内学者把握自我监控人格在组织管理背景下的研究脉络和未来研究思路提供一定的参考和借鉴。
