摘要
家族企业内部普遍存在家族雇员不公平问题,并直接影响了家族企业发挥其独特的竞争优势。本文在梳理现有文献的基础上,从分配、过程和互动公平三个方面阐述了家族雇员不公平问题的来源与表现,并深入探讨了家族雇员不公平问题所造成的负面影响——家族企业独特人力资本优势的丧失——以及家族雇员不公平问题的治理问题。
