项目后学习的影响因素、模式与角色定位探析

20世纪90年代再次掀起了组织学习研究的热潮,然而,作为知识获取与分享重要来源之一的项目后学习,却一直没有受到应有的重视。本文对国外相关文献进行了系统梳理,就项目后学习的影响因素、学习模式、角色定位等问题进行了详细的剖析。最后,对项目后学习涉及的几个尚不明晰的领域进行了简要的探讨和展望,以期为后续研究奠定基础。
②反思(reflection)并不等同于学习,而是学习的一个重要前提。反思是对过去的行为活动进行不断思考的过程。就其本质而言,它是通过推论来实现不断发展;学习则是从过去或现在的行为活动中创造知识并指导未来的行为。有关团队反思的详细介绍,请参阅《外国经济与管理》2008年第4期《团队反思的影响效果与影响因素分析》一文。
