本文首先介绍了模块化组织主导规则设计的系统动力学原理,认为主导规则设计的过程伴随着组织状态有序化、组织规则标准化与组织信息显性化,同时也会将组织带入"二次紊乱";然后基于价值控制逻辑构建了主导规则的体系结构,指出了主导规则设计的三大机制:选择机制、联动机制与激励机制;接着探讨了主导规则设计的价值市场化背景;最后对价值市场化背景下的模块化组织主导规则设计传承模式及其价值升级问题进行了深入分析。
④我们认为,在以谋求价值为本质的模块化主导规则设计演化中,设计竞争是其最根本的驱动力。它一方面推动模块化设计发生生物进化式的自然演化,具体表现为渐进式演化;另一方面调动设计主体的主观能动性,驱动模块化设计以突变方式演化,具体表现为跳跃式演化。更详细的阐释请参见作者发表在2008年第3期《财经论丛》上的《模块化设计竞争与设计演化:理论模型与案例验证》。
