任务复杂性研究前沿探析与未来展望

摘要
人是有限理性的,人的认知也存在一定的局限性,而管理者却要面对决策、管理等复杂任务,因此,任务复杂性作为理论分析的基础维度和实证研究的调节变量,越来越引起管理学者们的关注。本文在系统回顾任务复杂性概念及其内涵研究的基础上,从路径、结果、过程三个维度构建了任务复杂性的内容体系,剖析了任务复杂性对交易成本理论、目标设置理论和认知负荷理论的理论贡献,并探析了任务复杂性在网络组织协同、团队组织绩效以及网络治理模式等领域的研究前沿,最后对未来研究进行了简要展望。
