商业模式与战略关系辨析——兼论商业模式研究的意义

摘要
商业模式是从战略研究领域衍生而来的一个重要概念,与战略之间呈何关系的问题至今仍没有明确的答案,以至于管理学界对商业模式研究的意义存在争议。本文在简述商业模式研究兴起背景的基础上,基于对商业模式概念三个层次的理解,探讨了商业模式与战略概念之间的关系,并阐述了商业模式研究的理论与实践意义。
