本文选取全球吸管行业第一品牌、国内中小企业“隐形冠军”——义乌市双童公司为研究对象,对其微创新战略的内涵和形成机制进行纵向案例研究。本文发现:第一,微创新战略的内涵包括迭代试错、广泛渗透、客户导向下的差异化经营、“问题—知识”导向下的资源整合、开放协同下的资源集成、决策渠道多元化导向下的生态构建六个要素。第二,在不同发展阶段,微创新战略存在显著差异性,呈现出“差异化”“专业化”“集成型”“平台型”四种微创新战略模式;第三,经营困境、外部机会、企业家学习、组织学习、利益相关者合作是驱动微创新战略形成的核心因素;第四,“差异化”“专业化”“集成型”“平台型”四种微创新战略模式是在市场压力的外生驱动、技术制约的内生驱动、低组织价值与互联网信息分享机会的双重驱动、生态成长压力与数字化转型机会的双轮驱动下形成的。本文进一步丰富了微创新战略的内涵与模式研究,并构建了一个“隐形冠军”企业微创新战略形成的理论框架,为我国中小企业制定和实施微创新战略提供了理论支撑和实践指导。
