摘要
基于社会资本理论的中小企业国际化研究拓展了现代企业国际化理论。企业的国际社会资本可以通过信息功能、凝聚功能和交易费用节约这三个影响机制,来促进企业国际经验和知识的创造、积累和利用,从而影响企业国际化过程。企业国际化需要根据企业自身的社会网络特性来安排其国际化的市场选择、时机确定和成长方式等战略问题。有效创造企业国际社会资本,培育国际企业家精神,对于提高企业国际竞争优势具有至关重要的意义。
