1212数字经济环境下，互联网信息风险呈现出传播碎片化与技术复杂化并存的特征，对地方政府治理营商网络信息环境提出了更高要求。文章基于预防性治理、即时性治理与结果性治理三个维度，构建了地方政府互联网信息风险治理水平指标体系，并从信息成本视角考察了其对企业专业化分工的影响机制。研究发现，地方政府互联网信息风险治理能够显著促进企业专业化分工，主要通过有效降低企业在交易关系构建阶段与交易关系维护阶段所面临的信息成本实现。异质性分析表明，地方政府在治理协同性、治理效率与治理威慑力方面的提升有助于增强互联网信息风险治理的整体成效；此外，在市场竞争比较激烈、企业对外部信息依赖程度较高的行业中，这一治理效应更加显著。文章在理论上拓展了信息风险视角下分工与信息成本之间的经济逻辑，在实践上为地方政府评估营商网络信息环境质量，进而推动全国统一大市场建设提供了有益的政策启示。
