新时期党员先锋模范作用在企业中如何体现,是一个值得探讨的话题。基于烙印理论,本文关注了党员CEO在企业实践中的作用表现,具体探讨了党员CEO思想烙印对企业慈善捐赠的影响。研究表明,入党经历使得党员CEO有着强烈的为人民服务和贡献社会的思想烙印,能够促进党员CEO所在的企业增加慈善捐赠。党员思想烙印的强度和持续性会受到内外部情境因素的影响,当党员CEO过往生活经历(生活在雷锋时代)和当前外部制度环境(国家政策导向)表现出与党员思想烙印相一致的特征时,该思想烙印会得到强化和维持,从而强化了党员CEO思想烙印与企业慈善捐赠之间的正向关系。党员思想烙印的感知和转化受到党员CEO与政府信息互动和个体组织权威的影响,党员CEO与党和政府直接互动的程度(政治参与)越高,越有助于党员思想烙印的持续感知和渗透。而党员CEO在组织中的权威地位(管理自主权)越高,越有利于个体党员思想烙印在组织层面上的转移和转化,这些因素均强化了党员CEO思想烙印对企业慈善捐赠的影响效应。本文从管理者的党员思想烙印这一微观层面拓展了关于企业慈善捐赠内部驱动因素的已有研究,对于完善上市公司治理结构、管理者选聘机制与提升企业社会责任具有重要指导意义。
