10983通过系统地回顾国外主流创业文献，本研究以创业机会为主线分析创业理论及研究主题的发展脉络，试图梳理现有创业理论体系及其在创业研究中的适用性和局限性。本文发现，从研究主题的发展来看，创业机会逐渐从创业研究的边缘向舞台中心移动，将机会作为创业领域的核心具有合法性；从创业理论来看，创业现有理论更多地来自于其他学科，而独有理论较少。同时，现有创业理论在解释机会形成问题上仍存在局限。在此基础上，本文提出创业作为独特的研究领域，独有的理论体系尚未形成，未来应该基于过程研究的视角围绕创业机会构建独特的创业理论。
