2485社会企业作为一种新兴的混合组织，在组织范式还未建立时就被质疑已经“失灵”——社会治理的低效性。本文在厘清这一论断被提出的逻辑的基础上，结合社会企业研究领域的权威文献和经验材料，诊断社会企业失灵是否存在误判。研究发现，推论社会企业失灵的逻辑起点，即对社会企业的认知存在偏差，导致其整个推论的逻辑链条存在问题；另外，在论证共益企业作为社会企业失灵的替代路径上，表现出用“部分代替整体”现象，故而社会企业失灵更多是一种误判。为了更好地体现社会企业的社会治理价值，本文建议，在理论上重视探讨社会企业参与社会治理的过程与结果，采用多样化的研究方法论证社会企业的社会治理比较优势；在实践中，社会企业可透过组织、组织行为、合作生产等多种形式解决社会问题。
