可持续性商业模式创新是企业以可持续发展为导向,寻求价值主张、价值创造和要素获取、价值网络的全面创新,它充分融合了企业对可持续发展的贡献、对利益相关方和社会负责任的要求,最终创造出涵盖经济、社会与环境的综合价值与共享价值。本文从三重底线、利益相关方、企业战略、组织管理与资源整合等视角揭示了可持续性商业模式对传统商业模式的内涵深化与拓展,全面梳理了可持续性商业模式创新的概念理解、设计场景、驱动因素和实现过程。其中,聚焦组织系统的社会企业与共益企业组织场景、聚焦用户的“金字塔底部”场景和聚焦产品的循环经济场景是可持续性商业模式设计的主要场景,企业家视角下的可持续性企业家精神、战略竞争工具视角下的创造共享价值、制度主义视角下的合法性建构、利益相关方视角下的社会压力等是可持续性商业模式创新的重要驱动因素,而可持续性创业、责任型数字化技术创新和组织范式创新则成为可持续性商业模式创新的主要实现方式。未来研究应着重厘清可持续性商业模式创新的基础理论框架、前置影响因素,跨层次分析可持续性商业模式创新的绩效作用机制,深化对数字化新情境下可持续性商业模式创新的研究。
