摘要
本文从全球公司最终所有权结构现状、对国际间公司最终所有权结构差异的解释及最终所有权结构与公司绩效关系等三个方面,对国外关于公司最终所有权结构与绩效关系的文献进行了综述。研究表明,集中所有权形式在大多数国家是主流模式,但是最终所有权结构在各国存在较大差异,并且最终所有权结构与绩效相关。对于何种性质的所有权结构可以提供最有效的控制,目前尚无一致结论。
