本文聚焦于家族企业在新质生产力背景下的双元创新战略。基于资源编排理论,本文探讨了家族所有权对企业双元创新的影响以及家族管理权和绩效不佳的调节作用。以2008—2022年中国沪、深两市A股上市制造业家族企业为样本,本文研究发现,家族所有权对企业双元创新具有显著的正向影响,而较高的家族管理权则会削弱这一正向影响。在绩效不佳的情况下,家族所有权对企业双元创新的正向影响则得到加强。本文丰富了企业双元创新的前因研究,明确了家族涉入不同维度的影响,增进了对家族企业异质性的理解,对家族企业寻求战略转型、抓住新质生产力发展机遇具有实践指导意义。
