摘要
工作—家庭冲突及其平衡策略研究已成为人力资源管理的新课题。冲突来自于个体的角色冲突、边界控制、性别角色预期差异等方面。家庭责任和组织的管理实践会加剧冲突程度,影响个体、家庭的健康并导致负面的组织行为,最终会影响组织绩效。因此,组织设计了多种有效平衡策略,以满足员工平衡工作与家庭责任的需要。但是,该领域缺乏统领性理论框架,研究成果间存在矛盾,有待深入研究。
