家庭嵌入体现出家庭成员对员工工作的支持程度,有助于提升员工留职意愿。本文基于工作嵌入影响工作绩效的主线,结合微商工作特点,推演出与微商契合的家庭嵌入这一拓展维度,引入工作—家庭冲突和情感承诺这两个中介变量,探索了微商家庭嵌入影响销售绩效的作用机制。研究发现:微商家庭嵌入对销售绩效具有积极影响,微商家庭嵌入通过强化其对公司的情感承诺水平来提升销售绩效,微商家庭嵌入能够化解其工作—家庭冲突,进而强化对公司的情感承诺水平,从而提升销售绩效。本文拓展了工作嵌入理论的相关研究,揭示了微商家庭嵌入对销售绩效的影响机制,为管理者提升微商销售绩效提供了重要理论借鉴。
