摘要
随着团队创业现象的日益普遍,对创业团队的研究逐渐成为创业领域的又一研究方向。本文对创业团队的概念形成及发展,团队创业的普遍性及存在的问题,创业团队效率的影响因素以及创业团队对创业绩效的影响进行了分析,并指出了创业团队未来研究的发展方向。
