国外管理学研究新热点职场灵性研究前沿探析

摘要
灵性问题特别是职场灵性问题,是近十多年来备受欧美国家管理学界关注的一个研究新热点。职场灵性研究通常涉及员工的幸福感水平以及生活质量、工作目的和意义、关联感和团体意识等内容。本文在梳理现有灵性研究特别是职场灵性研究文献的基础上,分析了灵性与宗教概念的异同,介绍了职场灵性研究中出现的企业伦理、组织变革、领导力和人力资源管理等多个研究进路,以及现有职场灵性度量及其对组织绩效影响的实证结论,最后对职场灵性理论研究的发展空间及其在我国应用的可能性等问题进行了简要探讨。
