在人工智能技术深度嵌入组织运行与决策过程的背景下,组织领导者正面临数据滥用、算法偏见、责任模糊等新型伦理难题,相关行为规范体系也亟须重构。通过系统梳理并整合相关理论,本文构建了以“主题识别→双重理性→和则-谐则耦合→动态一致性”为核心的领导力机制框架:首先,提出“主题识别”机制,以揭示技术创新与伦理规范冲突中需要优先协调的价值焦点;其次,提出“双重理性”机制,以阐明在人工智能情境下工具理性与价值理性在创新决策中的权衡逻辑及失衡风险;再次,提出“和则-谐则耦合”机制,以揭示围绕上述主题与决策展开的正式制度、技术规则与伦理规范之间的协同与张力结构;最后,构建“动态一致性”循环调节机制,以说明在人工智能技术持续演进中如何通过反馈与调整保持技术创新实践与社会伦理期待之间的持续契合。换言之,本文试图从问题源头上回应人工智能时代技术创新与伦理责任之间的悖论性挑战,进而为中国情境下重构领导行为规范、优化人工智能驱动组织变革路径以及提升组织的适应性、创新性与长期可持续发展提供了新的理论视角与制度安排依据。
