企业绿色文化如何发挥非正式制度优势,促进生产方式低碳创新与经济可持续协调发展?本文基于企业文化的非正式制度视角,采用综合评价方法有效识别“绿色”导向的企业文化,并选取2011—2021年中国A股上市公司作为研究样本,系统考察了绿色文化对绿色创新绩效的影响及其作用机制。研究结果表明,企业绿色文化是孵化和培育绿色创新的“芝兰之室”,并通过提升资源集聚和强化高管绿色认知分别发挥“资源虹吸”和“战略引导”机制,促进绿色技术创新和绿色管理创新绩效。异质性分析发现,绿色文化对不同特征企业的影响存在着非对称性,主要表现为:高管受教育水平越高、社会责任压力越大、受环境规制约束较低的企业其绿色创新绩效更易受绿色文化影响。本研究丰富了绿色文化理论研究范畴,为推动企业绿色创新实践提供了经验借鉴和启示。
