贪婪指过度的欲望而不知满足,是一种广泛存在的人格特质,它在经济、管理、政治、生活等领域扮演着重要角色。本文在介绍贪婪概念与测量的基础上,分析了贪婪产生的原因,并总结了贪婪的影响结果,包括情绪、决策和行为三个方面,最后构建了一个贪婪研究的整合框架,并提出未来研究可从以下几点展开:进一步开发组织情境下贪婪的内涵和测量工具;探索不同程度的贪婪对员工的工作绩效和满意度以及管理者领导力的影响;探索组织内非物质性贪婪,如知识贪婪对知识隐藏行为、时间贪婪对创造力的影响;深入研究组织情境和个体贪婪的交互作用,如数字化背景下网络文化如何影响员工和领导者的贪婪决策;探索贪婪与组织结构、组织文化等其他组织领域研究主题的关系;关注贪婪的跨文化研究。
