家族企业后代接班人涉入后究竟是促进还是阻碍企业的创新投入,不同的研究仍然莫衷一是,这可能是由于以往研究忽视了后代涉入情境的动态性和涉入时间长短不同所致。鉴于此,本文以2008—2017年中国制造业上市家族企业为样本,研究了家族企业二代涉入时长对家族企业创新投入的影响。研究发现,相较于涉入时间较长的二代,涉入初期的二代更倾向于提高企业的创新投入,二代的企业外工作经历会削弱这种效应,高管团队中的家族成员涉入则会增强这种效应。本文通过考虑二代涉入的时间效应,整合二代目标悖论的动态选择偏好,调和了以往研究中关于二代涉入对家族企业创新影响的不一致结论,进一步丰富了传承情境下接班人决策的研究,也可为接班人培养和传承期规划提供参考。
