因果逻辑和效果逻辑是创业过程中的两种决策逻辑。单一的决策逻辑难以应对创业过程的高度不确定性,这要求创业者在两种决策逻辑之间视情境进行协调使用。基于此,本研究在梳理已有文献的基础上,借鉴哲学和管理学理论中的二元观和双元性研究,将因果逻辑和效果逻辑双元性界定为“创业者不会因为单一决策逻辑的效用产生路径依赖,而是可以根据创业事件信息特征,在不产生认知冲突和不引发自我矛盾的前提下,在因果逻辑与效果逻辑之间进行协调使用的决策状态”。进一步地,本研究引入事件系统理论构建创业者决策逻辑双元性的研究框架,详细论述了事件的不同特征对创业者决策逻辑及其双元性的影响机制。最后,本研究对未来研究进行了展望。本研究基于双元视角丰富了因果逻辑和效果逻辑的相关研究,深化了对因果逻辑和效果逻辑间关系的认识,同时拓展了事件系统理论的应用情境、延伸了事件特征的影响效应研究,为未来研究提供了新的研究视角和实证验证的理论基础,以及可供拓展的研究方向。
