组织动态能力演化微观认知机制研究前沿探析与未来展望

摘要
本文首先指出了传统的组织能力研究在微观基础方面所存在的缺陷;然后对组织动态能力演化微观认知机制的研究脉络进行了梳理;接着以管理者认知结构与认知过程特征为分析框架,对当前组织动态能力演化微观认知机制研究的主要观点进行了回顾;最后在此基础上构建了相关的理论研究模型,并且提出了若干后续研究思路。
