元宇宙企业高质量发展是指元宇宙企业通过经营管理创新,实现经济效益和社会效益的持续提升。本文以127家元宇宙上市公司为研究样本,基于TOE理论框架,使用QCA方法解构影响元宇宙企业高质量发展的多重因素之间的联动效应。研究发现:元宇宙企业高质量发展的多元组态路径主要有两条,分别是组织—环境驱动路径和组织主导路径。在其他条件相同的情况下,企业数字化转型和数字经济环境在驱动元宇宙企业高质量发展过程中存在显著的替代效应。本文为揭示元宇宙企业高质量发展中的多样化组态关系提供了经验证据,有助于企业采取相应的发展战略,有效提升企业创新活力;也可以帮助政府把握元宇宙产业的发展方向,制定相应的政策,促进元宇宙产业的健康发展。
