新创企业要想借助商业模式创新来提升绩效,就必须为商业模式创新实施提供有力的支持。基于资源管理理论,构建了商业模式创新对新创企业绩效的影响机制模型,并提出了稳定型、完善型及开拓型三种资源整合方式在这一影响过程中的作用,以揭示商业模式创新、资源整合与新创企业绩效间的内在关系。通过对142家新创企业的问卷调查数据进行实证分析发现:(1)商业模式创新有助于提升新创企业绩效,而企业所采用的资源整合方式则会减弱或增强商业模式创新的绩效表现;(2)若企业采用稳定型资源整合方式,坚持依据传统资源结构开展活动,会减弱商业模式创新的绩效表现;(3)若企业采用完善型资源整合方式,对传统资源结构加以稳健创新,会增强商业模式创新的绩效表现;(4)企业采用开拓型资源整合方式,构建高创新性的资源结构,却并不会对商业模式创新的绩效表现产生显著影响。因此,为提升商业模式创新的绩效表现,新创企业应采用完善型资源整合方式,在客观衡量新型资源的价值与外部接受度的基础上,对传统资源结构加以渐进式变革,以切实支持商业模式创新顺利实施。
