基于社会规范强度和对规范偏离的容忍度,文化呈现出松—紧差异。不同于以往基于内在价值观视角的文化维度,从外部社会规范视角提出的文化松紧度成为近年来的文化研究热点。文化松紧差异体现在规范和机构的实践上,从根本上指导和塑造个人社会化的方式,影响人们的信念、态度和行为,也为企业理解和洞察消费者提供了新思路。通过梳理文化松紧度在消费者行为领域的相关研究,文章首先剖析了文化松紧度的概念及其与其他文化变量的异同;然后总结了文化松紧度的测量和操纵方式;接着分析了规范强度对消费者行为的塑造和违规行为引发的消费者反应,以及背后的心理机制;最后系统性地指出了文化松紧度在消费者行为领域现有研究的不足并提出了未来研究建议。
