同一性理论视角下的组织有效性研究综述

摘要
运用同一性来探讨组织问题,在国外已经引起了很多专家学者的兴趣,但国内的相关研究并不多见。本文对国外有关同一性与组织有效性的研究文献进行了梳理,从国外学者关注同一性的不同视角介绍了研究对象自身同一性的多元结构、同一性的稳定性特征、研究对象间的同一性比较和同一性变化对组织有效性的影响,最后指出了现有研究的不足,并对未来研究进行了展望。
