企业组织变革中的动态能力多层适应性探析

摘要
本文在回顾国外组织变革与动态能力相关理论的基础上,阐述了企业动态能力的变革本质,进而通过梳理动态能力理论的逻辑演进,提出并分析了动态能力的多层次适应观点。从当前研究看,企业动态能力理论分别从企业家、企业高管团队和组织三个层面给出了应对组织变革的能力架构和适应机制。在当前各种变革日益加快的背景下,这些理论观点为我国企业抓住范式转变机遇,实现跨越式发展提供了思路。
