在数字技术驱动下,越来越多的传统企业面临外部环境快速迭代与内部转型能力约束的双重压力,对于数字化战略更新、数字化动态能力构建和演化以及企业内部调节机制还缺乏充分的探讨。本文结合战略更新与动态能力理论,对上海徐家汇商城股份数字化战略更新展开案例研究和理论提炼。研究发现:(1)企业数字化战略更新的外部环境情景压力主要源于数字技术渗透带来的市场组织模式重塑、市场边界扩大以及价值创造模式重构。(2)围绕着不同阶段的外部情境压力变化,企业数字化战略更新在战略变革深度—广度、价值链链内—跨链双截面空间维度上划分为链内渐进式、链内重构式、跨链跃迁式三种模式,并形成Y字形数字化战略演化路径。(3)企业数字化技术能力、数字化运营能力和数字化组织能力在行为目标上体现为获取、应用及转化,并按照“搜寻—整合—重构—迭代”逻辑构建,构建场景由内部局部向内部全流程、外部供应链转化,实现链内能力构建向跨链能力构建的跃迁。(4)高管认知、CEO变革型领导行为、企业家精神、组织容错能力、文化距离等组织内部特定属性对于实体零售企业克服原有的组织惯性以及数字化动态能力构建起到显著的调节作用。本文结论可以为企业数字化战略更新模式选择及数字化动态能力构建提供理论参考及管理启示。
