摘要
企业家对创业机会的发现是创业过程的起点。本文通过对奥地利学派和行为学派关于企业家机会发现理论的梳理和分析,在对机会发现的背景特征、企业家特性、机会发现的本质、风险倾向等方面进行比较的基础上,深化了对企业家机会发现理论的理解。
