摘要
本文认为,对跨国公司组织学习行为的研究,经历了从适应性学习到战略性学习的转变。如何通过跨国经营促进知识的国际化生产,以及提高在全球范围内应用新知识的能力,是当今跨国公司组织学习的两个核心命题,而组织间学习和组织内学习则是跨国公司的两条重要学习路径。文章最后指出,构建一种关于跨国公司组织学习的理论框架,为深入展开经验研究提供理论平台,是跨国公司组织学习研究未来需要努力的方向。
