新世纪创业研究进展与启示探析

本世纪初,学者们围绕创业研究能否成为独立学科这个问题展开了热烈的讨论,尽管并没有形成定论,但就创业研究的基本框架和关键问题取得了初步共识,从而推动创业研究在过去十年里获得了快速发展。如今的创业研究更加注重理论挖掘而不是现象描述,针对何谓创业机会、创业者在创业过程中扮演什么角色等重要问题的研究取得了重要进展,为未来研究奠定了基础。本文系统梳理了近十几年创业研究所取得的主要成果和最新进展,对创业研究演进的内在逻辑进行了归纳总结,并在此基础上指出了未来创业研究的发展方向,最后总结了现有创业研究成果对于我国学者深入开展创业研究的启示。
