无论是工作重塑研究的北美学派还是欧洲学派都认为,工作重塑不仅是一个概念或行为,而且是一种具有重要实践价值的干预手段,即工作重塑干预。工作重塑干预的设计基础主要有两种,即基于认知、关系与任务改变的工作重塑干预和基于工作要求与资源模型的工作重塑干预,其目的都是为了实现员工与组织的共同目标。研究表明,工作重塑干预不仅会对员工个人的主观幸福感、工作绩效产生影响,而且会对工作重塑行为本身及组织绩效产生影响。未来的研究可重点关注工作重塑干预的作用机制、不同条件下的干预效果、基于个体优势的工作重塑干预以及中国组织情境下的实证研究。
